Beloved husband of Barbara; loving father of Kendell Smith, Tiffany Smith, Steven Winter, David DeMoines and Moriah DeMoines; dear brother of Blanche (Mike) Dennihan, Adrienne Moore; Steven was preceded in death by his brothers Gene Heast and Richard Heast.
