LOWELL, Susan Lee 66 of Oceanside, California formerly of Miami Beach passed away February 18, 2015. Beloved daughter of Evelyn Lowell of Miami & the late Arthur M. Lowell, loving sister of Joanne T. Lowell of MacClenny, FL, adored niece of Pearl Kipnis of Miami, dear cousin of Priscilla & Allan Friedland of Miami Beach, Anna Marie & Alan Kipnis of Hallandale, Steven & Kathy Kipnis of Wayne, NJ and their families. Susan was a Civil Engineer. Susan was the first female Civil Engineer for the City of Miami Beach and a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University. She recently retired as Civil Engineer for the City of Santa Monica, CA.
