Beloved wife of Jack Jacoby; loving mother of Marcia Jacoby Itzikowitz (Avi) and Randi Jacoby; cherished grandmother of Jason Epstein, Jordan Epstein, Sam, Mark, Joshua Itzikowitz; dear sister of David Oltchick (Shirley). Temple service 1:00 pm Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Village Reform Congregation 13400 SW 10th Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33027. Interment at Riverside Cemetery in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
