TURETSKYSydney 71 of Tamarac passed away Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011.Beloved husband for 50 years to Anne, loving father ofDavid (Bonnie), Ira (Robin), cherished grandfather ofSamantha, Jordan, Megan and Jacob and a devotedbrother of Ethel (Sam) Sides. The family requestsMemorial contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes ResearchFoundation. He was known better as “Coach Schmy” tothousands of kids who grew up in North Miami Beach andparticipated in Optimist Sports. Syd is remembered for his competitive spirit and numerous championships.
