Dr. Sylvia Herz's Obituary
Herz, Sylvia, Ph.D., of Hollywood, FL peacefully passed away on Sept. 3, 2013 at her Hollywood Beach condominium. Dr. Herz was a licensed clinical psychologist; wife of Jean A. Herz, M.D.; and devoted mother of Howard Todd Jaffe, ESQ. She is survived by her son, daughter-in-law Sally Jaffe; four grandchildren Daniel, Amanda, David and Yolanda; nine great-grandchildren Sarah Grace, Andy, Hannah, Drake, Teal, Evan, Ethan, Emily Love and Andrew. Memorial Service at Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapel, 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach (305) 932-2700 at 10:00 A.M. Sunday, Sept. 8th. Burial at the family plot in Old Montefiore Cemetery, St. Albans, N.Y. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband and at the feet of her beloved parents Jacob and Minnie Schnipper.
