Balick, Telsa, resident of Hallandale Beach, formerly of Canada, passed away on March 11, 2017. The beloved mother of Dr. Richard Balick, and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapel. 3201 N 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33024.
