Yenta Polonsky's Obituary
Eva Polonsky, a beloved member of the community and cherished family matriarch, passed away on November 15, 2025, in Aventura, Florida at the age of 89.
Eva dedicated over 20 years of her life to shaping young minds at the Tauber Academy, where generations of kindergarteners came to know her warmth, patience, and gift for nurturing a love of learning.
Eva is survived by her daughter, Elena Lapchine; her son, Eugene Bratov; her granddaughter, Danielle Gilman; and her great-granddaughter, Evelyn Gilman. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to both her family and the countless children whose lives she touched. The family requests donations in memory of Eva Polonsky to your favorite charity.
