Alan Joel Silver's Obituary
Alan Joel Silver passed away on Sunday May 11, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents Minnie and Ben Silver and his brother Milton Silver. He is survived by his beloved wife Janice Silver, loving daughter Erica Silver, dear sister Lynn Hare, niece Beth Lowe and nephews Steve Silver, Benjamin Zand and David Zand. Alan was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia where his parents owned Silver’s Department Store. He graduated from Georgia Tech where he studied accounting. Alan went on to get his master’s from Georgia State. Alan was the kindest man you would ever meet. He was beloved by family and friends. Alan loved jazz music, Barbara Streisand, the symphony, ballet and golf. He enjoyed being a CPA and living in Miami. Alan will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Graveside services will be held Thursday May 15, 2025 1:00 PM at Mount Sinai Memorial Park 1125 NW 137th Street, Miami, Fl. 33168
