David passed away on April 22nd, 2018 at the age of 57. He is survived by his husband of 27 years John P. Toland, his best friend Kimmer, mother Della Sandoval of Albuquerque and 9 brothers and sisters: Cecil (Annabel), George (Jane), Robert, Vera, Wilma, Donald, Judy, Larry, Barbara (George).
His career expanded 32 years for the National Weather Service including offices in Phoenix, Sacramento, Oklahoma City, and Miami. David retired in September 2015 to share his life with John and Kimmer. He will be joining his heavenly Father in peace.
