Dorothy Helen DeNoia, 93, passed away on June 3, 2017. She was born in New York City; the daughter of Gussie and Julius Lowenstein. Dorothy moved to North Miami Beach in 1958, where she raised her children. She worked for the Nort Read Obituary
Our sincere condolences on the passing of Dotty, it was a privilege to be her friend and co-worker at the NMB Police Dept. Dotty was an inspiration to us all and she will be dearly missed. She was a unique and wonderful soul who touched the lives of many of us for quite a few years. She treasured her family and friends. May you find comfort in the joyous memories of her life. May she rest in peace.
