About 20 years ago we we’re invited by one of our factories for dinner at the Aureole restaurant at the Mandalay hotel in Las Vegas, they order a Beijing duck and was brought to our table to show us and took back to be separate from the bones and only brought back the meat, so Mickey make them bring back the skeleton and chew every piece of bone
