My condolences to Marcia, Louis and rest of family. I met Marcia, Philip and Louis when they were building their townhome in Aventura. They were one of the most pleasant, kindest and humble clients one could ask for. I shared their love for horses and was so happy for them when Closing Argument placed second in the Kentucky Derby. Philip's works will live on in his children and in all those whom he served while on this earth. May your should rest in eternal peace.
