Dr Rasken. He was my first cardiologist who diagnosed my heart issues. On my first visit to his office, he said. David, I have to send you to Mt Sinai now. I remember saying to him that I must return home at that time because I had left my dog at home alone. He said to me. Go home David and you won't be coming back!! With that note he put me into an ambulance and sent me off to Mt Sinai. Starting the never-ending heart issues. He was an Amazing man and he saved my life. I also knew Bob through his 2 sisters Linda and Diane. Bob was the same age as me and it just goes to show the fragility of life. I didn't even know that he too had heart issues. ๐๐๐. Bob. At least you had a lifelong dream achieved to go to Asia. Rest in Peace. Love and sympathy to all your family members. Remembered with sincere Love. David
One of my favorite memories of Bobby is from our Saturday night sleepovers at the Raskin house, where we loved playing tackle football. Although indoor football was strictly off-limits, we couldnโt resist. At one point, someone got tackled, and the door came crashing down with an unforgettable bang. The loud crash was immediately followed by Bobby rushing down the stairs, his voice echoing through the house. Looking back, itโs a fond memory that perfectly captures the energy and excitement of those times, and how Bobby was always at the center of it all.
